Supporting Verishen Village, Syunik: Aid for Vulnerable Families, School & Displaced People from Artsakh

In November 2023, The Amaryan Charitable Foundation completed its first project in the Syunik region, in the ancestral village of the Amaryan family, Verishen. 

The donation included:

• Warm coats and shoes for winter,
• Comprehensive school packages for children from Artsakh,
• Essential materials and sports equipment needed for the renovation of the gymnasiums at Verishen school, including basketball, volleyball, and soccer nets and balls, as well as other items.

For initiatives implemented in Syunik throughout 2023-2024, the Amaryan Charitable Foundation has allocated an initial budget of 122 million Armenian Drams (AMD). ‍

This project brought essential aid to over 246 beneficiaries and supported the Verishen school, home to 345 students.
